De-SIGN was a cumulative capstone project at ECU.

Growing up in the commercial signage industry has familiarized me with the making process behind these garish, luminescent, advertisements that most would feel alienated from. With De-Sign, I want to create a series of everyday objects with reclaimed offcuts used to make signage, as well as integrating the element of text within them.

Each item in the series is in conversation with one another, prompting discourse of our own to arise when investigating.
